Welcome to Sparkle Pixie Cleaning Service. By scheduling an appointment or submitting a cleaning consultation request, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Estimates and Final Quotes

Online calculator figures provide good-faith estimates based on standard residential properties and user-supplied data. Final quotes are confirmed during the consultation process and may be adjusted if the home's condition requires additional time or specialized degreasing.

2. 100% Sparkle Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand proudly behind our work. If any area included in your cleaning package does not meet our high standards, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return promptly to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled cleaning appointments to respect our cleaning technicians' schedules.

4. Access and Safety

Please ensure safe access to your home (lockbox, keypad, or resident present) and that pets are secured in a comfortable room if they are sensitive to unfamiliar visitors or vacuum sounds.
